We print each piece the moment you order it. Nothing sits pre-made in a warehouse waiting for a buyer. It takes a little longer this way, but it means less waste. Thanks for buying thoughtfully.
Printing starts as soon as payment goes through, so we generally can’t accept cancellations. Double-check your order before you confirm.
Every shipping method includes tracking. You’ll get the link by email once your order ships.
Delays happen sometimes: high order volume, a carrier issue, things outside our control. If tracking looks stuck, give it a few extra days. If it’s seriously delayed, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we’ll help sort it out.
If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we’ll cover a replacement. Reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. One exception: if the carrier marks it “delivered” but it never showed up, that falls outside what we can cover.
Everything’s made to order, so we can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size swaps. All sales are final.
That’s on us. If your item arrived damaged, misprinted, or wrong, we’ll send a free replacement. Contact us within 30 days of delivery, and include a short description plus clear photos of the issue.

Payments run through PayPal, a trusted global processor. We never see or store your card details.
